Vardan Vardanyan: Armenian Urban Development Ministry fully completed tasks set for 2010

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Urban Development Ministry has fully completed tasks set for 2010, the head of the Ministry, Vardan Vardanyan stated.

“AMD 6,2 billion provided by state budget allowed us to implement construction and repair of 170 buildings; AMD 4,4 billion was allocated to construction of 143 schools; AMD 257 million – to 5 gymnasiums, AMD 1,1 billion – 19 cultural centers,” the Minister stated at news conference in Yerevan, summing up 2010 results.

“AMD 9,6 billion will be allocated in 2011 for further repair and construction of various housing facilities.”

“1365 cases were investigated this year, resulting in AMD 53,9 million worth fines,” the Minister concluded.
