Ara Nranyan: in 2010, Armenia faced an outbreak of uncontrolled inflation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Ara Nranyan, ARF Dashnaktsutyun MP, a member of the parliamentary committee for economic issues summarized the results of 2010 at news conference in Yerevan.

“In 2010, Armenia faced an outbreak of uncontrolled inflation,” the expert said, forecasting 9% inflation in the coming year.

“For the first time in 10years, the rate of inflation in Armenia exceeds that of the average salary, which spells a drop in actual wages,” the expert noted, slamming current methods used to resolve the issue.
