Video calls between ArmenTel and VivaCell subscribes will soon become possible

PanARMENIAN.Net - "3G network launch will contribute to company's image and aims to satisfy consumers' demands," ArmenTel Sales Director Genadiy Kalgashkin told a press-conference during 500 000th video-caller award event. According to him, expenses for the first stage of network introduction are not compensated in any country of the world, still 3G system call is a call of time. "Many of our young subscribers are innovators interested in such up-to-date programs, and 3G networks aim to satisfy their demands," he added.

Genadiy Kalgashkin also said video-calls between ArmenTel and VivaCell subscribers are being tested.

In that connection, Anoush Begloyan considered the issue a matter of time since VivaCell has only recently launched the 3G system.

ArmenTel launched the 3G commercial in September 2008, registering over 2 million calls and 0.5 million video-calls since.
