  iCon Communications to allocate numbers for VoIP telephony users June 10, 2010 - 19:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Chief Commercial Officer of iCon Communications Raffi Kassarjian said that iCon Communications will provide non-geographic numbers for VoIP telephony users soon. “Currently, our subscribers can use IP telephony services through connecting their telephones to a modem,” Kassarjian told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, adding that this is the first stage. “Later, we plan to allocate numbers allowing our users to call each other within iCon network,” noted Kassarjian.
