HTC may produce phone with Facebook button

PanARMENIAN.Net - Following the latest launch of a pair of INQ smartphones, the Cloud Touch and Cloud Q, which are essentially Facebook phones built on Android, HTC is set to join the club of deeper Facebook integration with one of its handsets.

HTC will be taking the wraps off an Android mobile with a dedicated Facebook button at MWC.

According to the Tech Watch, details are extremely sparse – it’s not even clear whether this will be a physical button on the hardware, or a virtual touchscreen button which will give ever-present access to the social network with one touch.

In Armenia, where HTC smartphones are gaining popularity and where the total number of Facebook users is 123 880 (with 48% male and 52% female users), the innovation promises to be welcome.
