Lebanon to host roundtable on Armenian banking systemMarch 29, 2012 - 18:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 29, delegation headed by the Central Bank of Armenia chairman Arthur Javadyan will depart for Beirut on a three-day visit to partake in an Armenian-Lebanese roundtable.“Armenia’s financial system: expansion, stability” and “Armenian banking system: development trends” will be in focus of the meeting. Ambassador of Armenia to Lebanon Ashot Kocharyan, as well as representatives of Lebanese banking and business circles will participate in the event, CBA press service reported. Mr. Javadyan will meet with head of the Central Bank of Lebanon Riad Salameh, Chairman of the Association of Banks in Lebanon Joseph Torbey, as well as heads of a number of financial institutions of the country as a part of the visit.
