AZERI PRESIDENT CHANGED FOREIGN MINISTER

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri President Ilham Aliyev today appointed Elmar Mamedyarov Minister for Foreign Affairs. It should be noted that the latter replaced Vilayat Guliyev, who had headed the Foreign Ministry since 1999. According to Baku sources, Mamedyarov served as Azeri Ambassador to Italy before.
