ARMENIAN SECURITY COUNCIL SECRETARY TO PARTICIPATE IN OCST FORUM IN SAINT PETERSBURGApril 12, 2004 - 22:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian delegation headed by Secretary of the Security Council under the Armenian President, Defense Minister Serge Sargsian will take part in the recurrent meeting of the Committee of Secretaries of Security Councils of Organization of the Collective Security Treaty (OCST) member countries. The forum will be held in Saint Petersburg April 16-17. In the course of the sitting matters of strengthening security in the territory of the OCST countries, working out mechanisms of joint struggle against terrorism and illegal turnover of drugs will be discussed. Issues referring to the formation of the legal framework, necessary for training military personnel of the OCST participant countries, will also be considered.
