AZERI ORGANIZATION PREPARES PROVOCATION, KARABAKH FOREIGN MINISTRY SUPPOSESApril 27, 2004 - 18:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The intention of the Azeri Organization for Karabakh Liberation to organize "a peace procession" to Nagorno Karabakh on May 8 pursues provocative goals. As reported by Mediamax agency, the Foreign Ministry of Nagorno Karabakh is of that opinion. "Knowing the action initiators, not notable for their peaceable nature, one can unambiguously suppose their only goal is to arrange provocation either at the contact line between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan, or in the course of the procession itself, if it takes place," the NKR foreign policy department noted. Thereupon the press service of the Foreign Ministry drew the attention to the call of the action initiators to "mobilize the Azeri people for the holy struggle for liberation of their lands." "The so-called "peace procession" is aggressive and hostile per se, it does not contain any real peacemaking potential and can hardly form an atmosphere of confidence between the two peoples," the NKR Foreign Ministry considers.
