PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Yerkir paper, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan was rumored to have covertly initiated dismissal of Suren Zolyan, rector of Yerevan's Bryusov State Linguistic University, and he fuels the confrontation between Zolyan and Education Minister Armen Ashotyan.

On April 19, Ashotyan refuted rumors referring to the potential merger between Linguistic University and Yerevan’s Pedagogical University; despite this, paper presents new information on the subject.

Yerkir claims there is a prior agreement with some Diaspora Armenian businessman on university’s building purchase, who intends to make it a hotel.
