ARMENIAN PRESIDENT NOT TO PARTICIPATE NATO ISTANBUL SUMMITMay 10, 2004 - 18:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian will not take part in the NATO summit to be held in Istanbul this June, RA President's press secretary Ashot Kocharian reported today. In his words, the decision was made due to "the present condition of the Armenian-Turkish relations".
