Mr. Andreasyan refrained from assessing the current stage of the election campaign, saying the monitoring is still in progress. “The episode with the Armenian National Congress (ANC) representative Nikol Pashinyan is still being investigated, and it is still early to draw any conclusions,” he said, adding that specific assessments will be made following the parliamentary elections.
