ARCHBISHOP OF LYONS ARRIVING IN ARMENIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - On the invitation of Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II Archbishop of Lyons, Cardinal Philip Barbaren will arrive in Patronal Saint Ejmiatsin on May 27. During a 5-day visit the cardinal is expected to visit the holy places of Armenia and meet with Armenian students and schoolchildren. The Archbishop will also lay a wreath to the memorial of the victims of the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey in 1915.
