Russian expert: Armenia at height of stability

PanARMENIAN.Net - The first vice president of Strategic Development Modeling Center believes Armenia is at the height of stability both in domestic policy and international scene.

During a TV space bridge, Grigory Trofimchuk quoted Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev as stressing special alliance between Armenia and Russia. The expert, however, expressed hope no occasion necessitating a proof of the alliance will occur.

Trofimchuk also urged Russia to strengthen ties with Armenia, which may be lost without promoting further cooperation. “Also, Armenia is working to create a free trade zone with the EU, which can’t but stir Russia’s interest,” the Russian expert said.
