Paper says demand for ministerial posts growing

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak daily, Armenian authorities have taken a decision to establish new ministries to meet the growing demand for ministerial posts.

First of all this implies demarcation between the two institutions of the State Revenue Committee – the customs and tax departments.

Head of State Revenue Committee Gagik Khachatryan and deputy chairman of Supervisory Chamber Levon Yolyan will possibly be appointed as chairmen of the two institutions, the daily reports.

Another structure will be established in the form of Interior Ministry, which was dissolved as a system characteristic of Soviet countries, as police fulfill its functions in the whole world. Thus, operation of both police and Interior Ministry will result in a more inflated state apparatus, the paper says.
