5 GANGS HEADED BY ARMENIANS ACTIVE IN RUSSIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - During 5 months of 2004 Russian officers have arrested and conveyed to Armenia 23 criminals who were wanted by the Armenian law-enforcers, head of the Armenian Police Hayk Harutyunian told journalists today. Armenian policemen succeeded in detaining 22 people wanted by Russian Internal Affairs Department. In his turn Russian Minister of Home Affairs Rashid Nurgaliyev reported that to date 5 criminal groupings headed by Armenians are involved into economic crimes and "ordered murders" in Russia. To remind, today Russian Minster of Home Affairs took part in the sitting of the Joint Board of the Russian MHA and Armenian Police.
