Businessman: problems in Armenia’s real estate market unchanged

PanARMENIAN.Net - The decline in demand currently recorded in Armenia’s real estate market doesn’t affect the prices, Akcern Corporation president said.

“The price fluctuations are observed at the level of 0,5-1%,” Hakob Baghdasaryan said.

He conditioned the price maintenance by the unchanged construction volumes, as well as growth of consumer prices.

“The situation in the real estate market remains unchanged,” the company head said.

He further said that there is no significant increase in volumes of real estate purchase in Armenia by citizens of Syria and Iran.
