ARMENIAN ORGANIZATIONS OF SAMTSKHE-JAVAKHETIA MEMORANDUM TO CoE MONITORING COMMITTEE

PanARMENIAN.Net - October 25-26 the recurrent sitting of the Council of Europe Monitoring Committee on member states fulfilling their obligations to the organization is being held in Tbilisi. Thereupon the Council of Non-Governmental Organizations of Samtskhe-Javakhetia region, mostly populated by Armenians, has addressed a memorandum to the Committee. The document describes the hard social and economic state of the region and again lists the commitments the country has assumed.
