V. MANUKIAN SAYS ARMENIA MORE MATURE TO BUILD DEMOCRATIC AND DEVELOPED STATE THAN GEORGIA

In the words of the Armenian politician, Saakashvili has two ways to choose: "either he will think that the future of his country depends on him only and Georgia will again become a non-democratic state or he will restrict his own power and change the constitution thus balancing the branches of power".
