According to Vladimir Putin, this implies “implementation of recent cooperation agreements signed between Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus in the framework of the CU and CES, considering all the peculiarities”. “Lack of Russian-Armenian common border enabled us to devise tools agreed among the countries (Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus),” Putin said, adding that prospects for increased cooperation in the framework of the CIS, CSTO and other international organizations were also discussed at the meeting between Armenian and Russian leaders.
