Serob Bozoyan, 54, has been announced as the only offender, who was reported to be inflating and selling ordinary balloons in one of Yerevan’s streets. According to the indictment, Bozoyan produced and sold goods endangering consumers’ health, with injury toll in balloon blast reaching 228.
