U.S. envoy to Azerbaijan: Karabakh issue priority for America![]() September 24, 2012 - 13:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The U.S. government advocates peaceful resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, American ambassador to Azerbaijan said. “Following conversations with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, I can confidently say that the solution to this conflict is a priority issue for the U.S.,” News.Az quoted Richard Morningstar as saying. “I’ll feel like the happiest man in the world, if Karabakh problem gets settled during my diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan,” the envoy told a press conference, pledging to take every effort aimed at the conflict resolution in the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.
