  Turkish, Azeri, Georgian troops hold pipe protection drills in Ankara September 24, 2012 - 16:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Ankara has launched Infinity-2012 military exercises with Turkish, Azerbaijani and Georgian troops participating. The drills, to last through September 28 are organized by Land Forces Training and Doctrine Command (EDOK). The drills hosted annually by one of the countries are designed to secure the safety of pipes. Besides the armed forces of the participating countries, representatives of the organizations engaged in protection and management of pipes are also attending, Turkish media report.   Top stories Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive. In 2023, the Azerbaijani government will increase the country’s defense budget by more than 1.1 billion manats ($650 million).
