Estonian parliament speaker to cooperate with National Assembly

PanARMENIAN.Net - On September 25, Armenian ambassador to Estonia Ara Ayvazyan met with the speaker of Estonian parliament Ene Ergma.

At the meeting, the parties hailed current level of the countries’ intergovernmental relations, stressing the importance of developing interparliamentary cooperation.

Ms. Ergma further spoke of her plans to establish close cooperation with Armenia’s National Assembly, with the parties agreeing to organize mutual visits in near future.

Discussion of regional issues and recent developments in Karabakh settlement was also on the meeting agenda, Armenian Foreign Ministry press-service reported.
