Fall draft launches in ArtsakhOctober 8, 2012 - 17:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 6, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the 2012 fall military draft and demobilization. According to the decree, in October-December male citizens of the Artsakh Republic who will have turned18 by the period of the draft as well as those citizens whose deferment of mandatory military service has been expired will be conscripted into the military service during the fall draft. In compliance with the decree within the period of October-December 2012 servicemen having completed their mandatory military service will be demobilized from the army. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Artsakh Republic has been assigned to adopt a corresponding resolution to carry out the decree within the fortnight period, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported.
