UAR head to meet Russia’s Azeri community leadersOctober 15, 2012 - 19:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the Union of Armenians of Russia (UAR) and World Armenian Congress (WAC) will meet October 23 with the leadership of Russia’s Azerbaijani community. As Ara Abrahamyan noted at Yerevan-hosted WAC congress, the meeting will contribute to de-escalation of Armenian-Azeri tensions. “We must cooperate with every community,” he said, adding that the upcoming meeting may help find peaceful solution to several problems.
