NKR leader meets experts to discuss planetarium constructionOctober 21, 2012 - 19:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 21, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met with Gagik Israelian, a professor at the Institute of Astrophysics of Canary Islands and European Northern Observatory,and Diaspora architect Michel Movsessian to discuss construction of a planetarium in Artsakh. President Sahakyanstressed the importance of the initiative noting that a planetarium would substantially contributeto the development of education and science in NKR. Mr. Sahakyan also noted the significance of benefitting from the experience of developedcountries and using the Diaspora potential in implementation of the initiative. NKR deputy PM Arthur Aghabekyan and other officials also attended the meeting, the CentralInformation Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
