 RPA rep. deems Ruben Hayrapetyan’s case persecution October 26, 2012 - 17:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Along with other Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) representatives, RPA parliamentary group member Manvel Badeyan believes the ex-MP Ruben Hayrapetyan’s case to be a political persecution. “Former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian’s case is viewed in the legal framework, with no persecution observed again him, unlike Ruben Hayrapetyan,” Manvel Badeyan said.
