Communist leader says not enough resources for presidential race

PanARMENIAN.Net - If at power, Armenian Communist Party will return whatever belonged to people to their original owners, the party leader said.

At an October 29 news conference, Ruben Tovmasyan slammed the current system as detrimental, noting that people’s property has been given away for private ownership.

Commenting on a possibility to run for president, Tovmasyan expressed uncertainty, citing parties’ scarce resources.

“However, the final decision will be taken at a plenary session in November,” he said, noting that there are many worthy candidates in the party that might be nominated.

In conclusion, Tovmasyan urged for unity as the only way to restore justice.
