Paper says Syunik governor’s dismissal discussed

PanARMENIAN.Net - Syunik province governor Suren Khachatryan and Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine CJSC General Manager Maxim Hakobyan met with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan to discuss Khachatryan’s dismissal following the presidential elections in February, Zhoghovurd daily reported.

Hakobyan allegedly deemed the decision as improper, hailing Khachatryan’s activity. However, he later refuted the rumors in conversation with the paper’s reporter.
