  CBA chief to participate in Basel 3 Seminar November 2, 2012 - 17:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) Arthur Javadyan will participate in Basel 3 Seminar on banking supervision to be held November 2-4 in Vienna, Austria.
