Armenian parliament speaker initiates reshuffle - paper

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak daily, Armenian parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan initiated parliament personnel changes on every level to have trusted people everywhere.

Abrahamyan even replaced parliament leaders’ private chef by the daughter of Samvel Karapetyan, an oppositionist currently residing in the U.S.

“The new appointment is highly equivocal, especially in view of current thaw in relations between Prosperous Armenia and Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc,” the paper said.

“The position is very “delicate,” with private chef to cater for confidential meetings and dinners, which require the presence of trusted people only,” it added.
