Paper: ANC to address Constitutional Court over foiled NA meeting

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian National Congress (ANC) parliamentary committee will address the Constitutional Court over the foiled Nov 21 parliamentary meeting, Haykakan Zhamanak reported.

“ARF Dashnaktsutyun party’s parliamentary committee earlier addressed National Assembly’s ethics committee on the same issue. However, the ANC needs at least 20 MPs’ signatures to be able to file the application to the Constitutional Court. As of Nov 22, Heritage, Prosperous Armenia and ARFD were still undecided on joining the petition,” the paper says.
