RA DEFENSE MINISTER MET NEWLY APPOINTED AUSTRALIAN AMBASSADOR TO ARMENIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - Secretary of the National Security Council under the RA President, Defense Minister Serge Sargsian met with newly appointed Australian Ambassador to Armenia Robert Tyson (residence in Moscow), Defense Ministry's press service reported. During the meeting the parties discussed the possibilities of the Armenian-Australian cooperation. Serge Sargsian noted that the friendly relations between the two states offer good opportunity for their further development. In his turn Robert Tyson assured that he will exert every effort to bring the Armenian-Australian relations to an adequate level. The interlocutors also exchanged opinions on the latest international and regional developments.
