Directed and written by James DeMonaco, the dystopian thriller stars Ethan Hawke and Game Of Thrones’ Lena Headey and is set in a crime-overwhelmed America that has one day a year where anything goes. A break-in at the gated community home of Hawke’s character sets off a chain of events that throws him and his family into an urban nightmare. The film is being released by Universal from its deal with producer Jason Blum, who partners with Michael Bay’s Platinum Dunes. Blum, Bay, Brad Fuller and Andrew Form are producing with Sébastien Kurt Lemercier.
