Clinton to open conflict resolution center in Dublin

PanARMENIAN.Net - The US secretary of state Hillary Clinton will take time out from her engagements at the OSCE to open a new centre in Dublin City University which focuses on dealing with conflict resolution, Kildare Nationalist said.

The Institute for International Conflict Resolution and Reconstruction offers expertise on the international politics of regions in conflict.

In opening the Institute Secretary Clinton will deliver a keynote speech on the U.S. attitude to human rights.

Ms. Clinton, European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov are among participants of a Dublin-hosted OSCE foreign ministers council meeting.
