2964 cases of Azeri ceasefire violation reported in Oct-Dec 2012![]() January 9, 2013 - 20:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - 2964 instances of ceasefire violation by Azeri armed forces were reported in October-December 2012, with 914 of them observed only in December. Azerbaijan fired over 170 shots from sniper weapons during the reporting period, with 6 shots fired from large-caliber sniper weapons. Two Armenian servicemen were injured as a result of Azeri ceasefire violation in December. About 1000 cases of ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan were reported in November, with 210 shots fired from sniper weapons. According to RA defense ministry, ceasefire violation instances by Baku totaled 1050 in October, 1185 – in September, 1161-in August, over 1300 and 3750 –in July and June respectively. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
