Georgian PM calls for speedy settlement of Karabakh conflict

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia welcomes Georgia’s balanced position on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, RA Prime Minister said.

At a joint press conference with his Georgian counterpart Bidzina Ivanishvili, Tigran Sargsyan highly assessed Tbilisi’s steps, noting that statements on Karabakh problem are often distorted.

Georgian official, in turn, said that Karabakh issue was on the agenda of his meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku.

“I briefed Armenian Prime Minister on Aliyev’s position,” Ivanishvil said, calling for peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict.
