Armenian presidential election won't be delayed February 5, 2013 - 12:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian presidential hopeful Paruyr Hayrikyan won’t file an address to the Constitutional Court, candidate’s lawyer said. As Levon Baghdasaryan told a news conference, the presidential election won’t be delayed. Candidate Hayrikyan himself showed up following the lawyer’s statement. “I came to prove both my political and physical presence. The assassination attempt aimed to kill values, rather than me,” Hayrikyan said, voicing readiness to continue the election campaign. On January 31, Hayrkyan was taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound. The candidate was authorized to file an address to the Constitutional Court with a request to delay the polls for 15 days.
