In his congratulatory message, the French leader expressed hope for Sargsyan’s reelection to promote democracy, stability and welfare of Armenia. Hollande expressed France’s support for peaceful and fair settlement of Karabakh conflict, pledging to contribute to solution of the issue as an OSCE Minsk Group co-chair and a friendly country.
