  Artsakh leader commemorates Sumgait tragedy victims February 28, 2013 - 16:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited Stepanakert Memorial Complex to commemorate the innocent victims of Sumgait tragedy on Thursday, Feb 28. President Sahakyan was accompanied by the primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan and high-ranking officials, the Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
