Armenia to participate in ITB’2013 international exhibition![]() March 5, 2013 - 13:28 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - From March 6-10, Armenia’s National Competitiveness Foundation, jointly with 17 tour companies, will represent Armenia at ITB’2013 international exhibition to be held in Germany. The event is planned to bring together over 9800 representatives from about 180 countries and 170 thous. visitors. The exhibition will feature a presentation of a manual on Armenia’s protected areas, along with various materials raising awareness on the countries’ cultural values. The manual aims to promote ecotourism in Armenia and present new tourist products. National Competitiveness Foundation views German market as a target area for promotion of tourism industry in Armenia. ![]() ![]() Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”.
