 First assistant to Artsakh President dismissed from post March 20, 2013 - 16:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 20, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to dismiss Karen Kostandyan from the post of first assistant to the NKR President.
