South Caucasus Likely to Be Included in European Radio and Telecommunication ZoneOctober 19, 2005 - 19:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In 2007 Armenia will be included in the European Radio and Telecommunication Zone, Armenian Minister of Transport and Communications Andranik Manukyan stated adding that matter will be considered during the International Summit in Geneva. He also informed that inclusion of Azerbaijan and Georgia will be as well discussed. To note the 34th sitting of the Council of Communication Administration Heads of the Regional Communication Cooperation (RCC) and the 8th sitting of the CIS Coordination Council at the RCC were held in Yerevan today. Delegations of 12 states and representatives of over 10 international organizations took part in the sittings. Azeri Minister did not arrive in Yerevan though an invitation had been sent to him, reported IA Regnum.Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
