  Raffi Hovannisian departs for Moscow April 11, 2013 - 13:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage party leader, former presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian departed for Moscow on one day visit, party spokesman said. Hovsep Khurshudyan said Mr. Hovannisian will unveil the further plans at April 12 rally. It’s noteworthy that the ex-candidate earlier announced a decision to leave for Moscow to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin if necessary.
