The market average rate of USD totaled AMD 414.39 on April 23, decreasing by 1.63 point compared to April 22, exchange rate of euro totaled AMD 538.17, decreasing by 4.44 points while the rate of Russian ruble decreased by 0.08 point to total AMD 13.07, CBA press service reported.
