Central Election Commission of Armenia Announced Adoption of Constitutional Amendments

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today the Central Election Commission of Armenia officially announced the final returns of the referendum on the constitutional amendments held November 27. During today's session it was stated that 1 411 711 electors said «yes» to constitutional reforms. 82 018 constituents voted against the changes to the Constitution of Armenia. 1582 ballots are recognized invalid.
