  Heritage leader confident of Barev Yerevan’s win in City Council elections May 5, 2013 - 19:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian cast a ballot in Yerevan City Council elections. In a conversation with journalists, Hovannisian expressed confidence for the electoral victory of Barev Yerevan (Hello Yerevan) bloc, despite numerous reports of violations. He also welcomed boosted monitoring during the Council polls as compared to the one held during the February 18 presidential election.
