Minister Nalbandian stressed the importance of parliamentary cooperation as a factor contributing to the development of bilateral relations. He noted that the agreements reached during last year’s visit to Kuwait are already in the implementation phase. Kuwaiti speaker, in turn, expressed readiness to foster cooperation, noting that the opening of embassies in Yerevan and Kuwait City marked a new stage in bilateral relations.
