NKR FM discusses cultural, political cooperation with FranceJune 13, 2013 - 13:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Foreign Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Karen Mirzoyan met with the members of France-Artsakh Friendship Circle during his visit to France on Wednesday, June 12. The parties discussed the activities of the Friendship Circle also focusing on the prospects of cooperation between France and Artsakh in political, educational and cultural sectors. The MPs, who participated in the meeting, stressed the importance of Karabakh’s involvement in international processes as an important factor for the settlement of the conflict and for the establishment of peace in the region. On the same day, Mirzoyan met with French political experts. During the meeting titled State-building in Conditions of a Lack of International Recognition: Nagorno Karabakh Case, the Foreign Minister briefed those present on the conflict between Azerbaijan and NKR, current situation in Artsakh, its problems and achievements. The meeting was followed by a Q&A session. On the sidelines of his visit, the official also met with representatives of the Armenian press in France and gave interviews to the French mass media, including France 24 TV channel, NKR Foreign Ministry press service reported.
